Please answer this: How do I get you to stop taking 20 bucks out of my Chase account???? You've been doing this now for a year and a half!!! I just discovered this and I am livid!!! I was never given my free month trial for your promotion back in the fall of 2023 and tried getting some help with it but no one responded. Now I realize that you've been removing money from my account all along! Please!!! Go ahead. Check your records to see if you've ever gotten any of my Rx's for me! Would someone please check into this and get back to me? And PLEASE stop taking money out of my bank account for services you have never provided for me!! Whoever reads this needs to make certain this is given to the proper person to handle this issue. I expect to hear back from someone right away. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
