- One monthly price. Every month. A Drug Club membership is $19.95/mo Single or $29.95/mo Family. The membership fee stays the same in January as it was in December. What you pay at the counter depends on the medication and the pharmacy, so check your list first.

- Membership vs. insurance vs. coupon Health insurance is a health plan: premium, deductible, and copays, and it covers doctor and hospital care per plan. A coupon is a one-time price for one fill. The Drug Club is a prescription membership: one monthly fee that doesn't change every fill, and no doctor or hospital coverage. It is not insurance, not a Medicare plan, and not a discount card. It doesn't replace health coverage.
