At the Counter Without Your Member Card? How to Pull Up Your Details

· 2 min read

Forgot your card? Here's where to find your member card details on your phone, what to tell the pharmacy, and what to ask before you pay.

Short answer: If you're at the counter without your member card, look for your member card details on your phone, such as in the email you received when you joined. Tell the pharmacy you want to use your prescription membership, share the details, and confirm the final price before you pay.

Step 1: Find your details on your phone

Search your email for messages from The Drug Club. Your member card details may be in a welcome or member card email. A screenshot saved to your photos works too.

Step 2: Tell the pharmacy what you want

"I'd like to use my prescription membership for this fill. I have the card details on my phone."

Step 3: Share the details exactly

Show the screen or read the details as written. Mistyped numbers are a common reason a card doesn't go through.

Step 4: Confirm the price before you pay

Ask: "What is the final price for this fill?" If it isn't what you expected, ask the staff to check the details were entered correctly.

If you can't find the details

Contact member support at support@thedrugclub.com or (424) 375-7114. If you need the medicine today, ask the pharmacy what your options are, including holding the prescription until you have your details.
