Step 1: Before you leave home
Find your member card details
Have your member card details open on your phone or printed.
Write down the prescription basics
Drug name, strength, form, and quantity. For a refill, add the Rx number from the label.
Confirm the store participates
Call the pharmacy counter first. See how to confirm your pharmacy.
Check the medication
Look it up on the Medications page so you know what to expect.
Step 2: At the register, what to say
"I'd like to use my prescription membership card for this fill." Then share your member card details.
Step 3: Confirm the price before you pay
Ask: "What is the final price for this fill?" Make sure it matches the drug, strength, form, and quantity on your prescription.
Step 4: If the store does not recognize the card
Ask them to re-enter the card details exactly as shown. If it still does not go through, contact member support at support@thedrugclub.com or (424) 375-7114.
Step 5: After you pay
- Check the bag before you leave the counter: right name, right medicine.
- Keep the receipt.
- Note the refill date on your calendar.
